My Pilates journey started in 2009, when I prolapsed a disc in my back undertaking a simple task. Determined to recover I joined Gill's classes and became hooked on Pilates. I experienced first hand how Pilates can change your body and mind and help rehabilitate and aid recovery.

 

As a Primary school teacher by trade I trained as a Children's Yoga Teacher and then embarked on my Level 3 Pilates Teacher training under the expert eye of Gill and Taira. 

 

My passion is to help people discover the benefits of Pilates to aid recovery but also to learn how Pilates can delay the onset of many muscular or skeletal problems. I also strongly believe in the mental health and well-being benefits that Pilates and Yoga provides.
