whether your new to exercise or more advanced, this workout is scaled to challenge each individual according to fitness level & goals. An accelerated warm-up kick starts your body systems in preparation for a blend of cardio, strength and endurance training that follows in the main phase. A brief cool down and post stretch to cool and realign the muscle fibres before you continue with your day will leave you feeling energised and ready to take on life’s little challenges.

During the dance, the movements of hip drops, circles, figure eights, and shimmies put the joints and ligaments in the lower back and hip through a full range of gentle, repetitive motion. This movement helps increase the flow of synovial fluid (nature’s lubricant) in these joints. When movements are done properly, the pelvis is tipped forward, or tucked somewhat; a neutral position that can help prevent lower back problems. Oriental dance can help relieve stress to the back, counteracting the almost constant compression of the disks that occurs from sitting and a sedentary lifestyle.
Circuit training has long been used to improve strength and fitness. The objectives of circuit training are to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
You won’t be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time.
