Body and Mind Class

The Body and Mind Workout is a 1 hour class consisting of 45 minutes movement and body toning with 15 minutes meditation. It is a stress reducing positivity workout incorporating movement, music and meditation with powerful affirmations.

Negative thought patterns and self-talk affects the whole body chemistry so The Body and Mind class helps retrain that inner voice using powerful affirmations and mantras.
