Then, Beach Bodies Workout is just for you.

Suitable for all fitness levels, but this is no ordinary fitness class!
Expect a mixture of toning and cardiovascular exercise, with a bit of core/Pilates work thrown in .
Great for fitness enthusiasts, and beginners alike.
High and low impact options are provided, as are varying levels, to ensure your workout safe and effective, yet challenging at the same time.
