Christmas is a time for celebration, for spending time with family, exchanging gifts, cooking delicious food and heading to parties and dinners; a time for over indulgence and working too hard and the build up to can take its toll on us and become exhausting and stressful. 

We would like to prepare you for the festivities ahead, to give you an opportunity to spend time with like-minded people and learn some techniques to help you when the busiest time of the year starts to take hold. You’ll be able to spend the afternoon relaxing your mind, your body and your soul to prepare for the festivities that lay ahead.

We will spend time easing away stress, releasing tension and connecting the parts of us that can easily feel so disconnected during busy periods and when you head home afterwards, you’ll feel nurtured, relaxed and rejuvenated.

During the course of the afternoon you will be mindfully navigated through a grounding and restorative flow of yoga postures that will gently encourage your body to let go of tension and ultimately de-stress your mind.  We will explore breathing techniques to relax you from the inside out and to finish you will be guided through a blissful Yoga Nidra meditation.

Expect to feel totally looked after and chilled, there will be head and foot massages using aromatherapy oils and nourishing healthy treats too. We won’t let you go home empty handed either as you’ll take away a Neal’s Yard Goody bag to enjoy later.
