Standing Balance – Tree Pose

Level 1

This will strengthen your muscles around the hips and pelvis along with your quadriceps, and glutes. This is an excellent mobilizer for the hips and will increase balance and control.

Stand with core engaged, keep hips square, chest open and high. Raise hands overhead into prayer position start with Level 1 (see Pic) if this does not challenge move on to level 2
